Hi, I’m Antoni. I am a high school student with a strong passion for the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations. Recently, I gained practical experience in early-stage ventures, helping turn raw ideas into structured execution. I was actively involved in supporting startups through hands-on work in strategy, operations, and team coordination. My background comes primarily from fast-moving environments, where I worked on shaping concepts, supporting technical execution, and navigating the challenges of building from zero. Alongside these venture projects, I focused on documenting real decisions, processes, and lessons learned in resource-constrained settings. Now, I have made a strategic decision to step back from operational startup roles to fully focus on my formal education and developing rigorous analytical skills. My long-term goal is to combine this hands-on startup agility with a strong academic foundation to pursue a future career in Tech Consulting. Outside of school and tech, I enjoy aviation a hobby that reflects my interest in speed, complex systems, and new perspectives.
